DCM Desktop Content Manager is a Application where you can create and edit your Joomla or WordPress content directly from your Windows desktop. Different to other Blogging Software DCM does not use the limited XmlRPC protocol. Instead he uses his own webservice which will be installed as Joomla extension in Joomla or as plugin in WordPress.
To edit your content you can use either the built-in HTML editor or you can use external HTML capable editors like Word, Adobe Dreamweaver or Sublime.
